How ChatInHome works

From connecting your Page to answering your first customer — built entirely on Meta's official Messenger Platform.

Sign in with Facebook
ChatInHome uses Meta's official Facebook Login. You approve the permissions on Facebook; we never see your password.

Connect your Pages
Choose which Pages ChatInHome may manage. For each Page we store an encrypted access token, check permissions and subscribe to Messenger webhook events. A Page is only shown as connected once these checks pass.

Messages arrive in real time
When someone messages your Page, Meta sends a signed webhook. We verify the signature, store the event durably, deduplicate it and push it to every teammate's inbox within moments.

Reply, assign and automate
Your team replies from the shared inbox; automations handle routine questions and hand off to a person when needed. Every send passes through the Messenger Send API and respects the 24-hour window and opt-outs.

Measure and improve
Analytics show message volume, first-response and resolution times per Page and per teammate, computed from stored records.

What ChatInHome does not do
